魂の会話って何だ？
When we pursue what we are,
We notice that there are two human beings, the individual self and the true self.
私たちは自分自身とは何かと追及していくと、
個々の我と真の我の二人いるに私たちは気が付きます。
Individual self is self
The true self can be expressed as a soul.
個々の我は自己であり、
真の我は魂であると表現できます。
Depending on where we focus our consciousness
We can see the difference between the self and the soul.
我々の意識の焦点をどちらに置くかによって、
自己と魂の違いを私たちは把握できます。

When we think by ourselves,
By all means, we are trapped in our own narrow world and cannot see the truth.
私たちは自分一人で考えていると、
どうしても、私たちは自分の狭い世界に閉じこもり、真実が見れなくなります。
The purpose of the soul meeting is about once a month,
魂のミーティングする目的は月に一度くらいは、
we talk together in a place of soul
Where there is no boundary between ourselves and others,
Let’s inspire each other and explore tomorrow’s own way of life.
自他の境がない魂の場でともに語り合い、
触発しあって明日の自分らしい生き方を探ってみよう。
Our own way of life is the way of life that we really want.
私たちの自分らしい生き方とは本当の自分が望む生き方です。
There are some rules for soul conversations.
魂の会話をするにはいくつかのルールがあります。
1.Divide into groups of up to 6 people with similar directions
似た方向性の６人以内のグループに分ける
2.Listen equally to all participants
全員の話を平等に聴く
3.Do not stop talking within the time limit
制限内の話をさえぎらない
4.Just a question to understand the story, Never give an opinion, criticism or praise
その話を理解するための質問だけにし、意見や批判・賞賛はけしてしない
5.Don‘t say your opinion at that time, but present at the next Soul Meeting
その場では意見を言わずに、次回の魂会話の場で発表する
If we remove this rule,
Many of our meetings are one-way or yelling.
このルールを私たちは外すと、
多くの私たちのミーティングは一方通行か怒鳴り合いに陥ります。
This soul meeting will be held in 5 stages.
この魂のミーティングは５段階で行います。
１，Run in small groups /少人数で
The number of people who can easily communicate with everyone in one conversation will be 6 or less.
一度の会話でみんなと打ち解けやすい人数は６名以内でしょう。
２と３, Start with self-introduction
自己紹介から始める。
- Name and where you came from /名前とどこから来たか
- What are you doing now /今何してる
- What are your interests, worries, and dreams? /興味・悩みまた夢は？
4.Next theme decision /次のテーマを決定
If this is our first time, decide on this theme /始めての場合は今回のテーマを決める
5.Present the theme with everyone /テーマを全員で発表
Presentation about the theme decided last time/前回決めたテーマについてプレゼンする
Organize our own opinions, in a month without soul meeting /魂ミーテングのない1か月間で意見を各自整理
The first person gives a rough opinion such as impressions and associations about the theme. /始めての人はそのテーマについての感想・連想などざっくばらんな意見を出す。

後記 2022/09/28

制作一年2021-12過ぎて
「Soul Meeting」から「自分の心身との対話」に変えた
アイデアを出すブレーンストーミングをコミューン化した「As One]」
そのネットミーティングをキッカケに「Soul Meeting」のサイトを
ZOOMミーテングで2020年12月に制作した。
誰も参加することがないことを機に
「自分の心身との対話」として、自身の思索に切り替え、
その進行は毎月満月の日に発表（実行）してきた。
そして、
一年目のタイトルが「生まれ変わり」となり、
心の底から幸わせ感がこみ上げてくるようになっている。
本当の自分に出会えた観がある。
それはまた本当の他の人との出会いにもなっている。
70歳から71歳になった一年の月日はまさに
自分という存在が「意志・精神・身体」の三構造からなり、
新陳代謝して生まれ変わっていく姿を観じることができている。
身体は食事から、
精神は事実から
意志は生まれ変わりから
次の２０２２年を迎え、
この一年を生き抜いてみようと希望する
それにあたり大事なポイントは
他に伝える内容よりも、
他にどう伝えるかという表現方法にある。
その一表現として、
動画創りも何とか基礎もできあがってきた。
組織・金銭・著作権などの権力から自由な表現者同士が寄り添い
真実と自由と楽しさを共有できる時空間・仲間たちに
参加・参画していきたいと願う。
昔のゴリラ便もまだ生きており、
それを活用して、
そんな無料の分かちあう仲間づくりをしていきたいと思う。
ゴリラ便のモットーは
「手紙・プレゼントを送る」のではなく、
それを「どう楽しく贈るか？」ということであるから
ピッタリと今後の方針と重なってきた。
